Description

Dermclar Whitening

Dermclar Whitening combats darkened skin patches of both melanin origin and that produced by the oxidative effect.

It is a novel product because it acts in a new way, upon the neural pathway, since it inhibits the molecules of cellular stress and the action of the peptide, Substance P.

ACTION ON PATHWAYS

  • Cell renewal
  • Inhibition of melanocytes
  • Antioxidant
  • Neural pathway

Glutathione is a potent antioxidant which interrupts the tyrosinase process, regulating melanogenesis and the formation of pigment. It further helps prevent damage to important cellular components caused by reactive oxygen such as free radicals, peroxides, lipid peroxides, and heavy metals.

Glycolic Acid accelerates cell turnover reducing the excess melanin in the lower epidermis.

Arbutin inhibits melanosomal tyrosinase activity by competing for the L-tyrosine binding site.

Kojic Acid exerts a slow-binding inhibition of tyrosinase activity and also exhibits antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and anodyne properties.

Pancratium Maritimum significantly inhibits melanin synthesis by inhibiting Substance P.
